Reference for Numbers 23:8

מָ֣ה אֶקֹּ֔ב לֹ֥א קַבֹּ֖ה אֵ֑ל וּמָ֣ה אֶזְעֹ֔ם לֹ֥א זָעַ֖ם יְהוָֽה׃

How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? And how shall I execrate, whom the LORD hath not execrated?
